Note on AI agents
AI agents are used to provide automated information, support and answers to general questions. AI answers do not replace individual or professional advice. No liability is accepted for completeness, timeliness or individual applicability. Technical errors, delays or misinterpretations cannot be ruled out.
Intellectual property
All content, materials, concepts, strategies, training documents, videos, texts, graphics, presentations, audio, AI prompts, automations, AI-agent logic, workflows and frameworks are the intellectual property of Zahlmann Consulting International GmbH or its licensors. Use is permitted only for personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive purposes. In particular, copying, sharing, selling or sub-licensing; publication; use for training third parties or building own or third-party offerings; training or optimising AI models; reverse engineering or imitation; and use in competing courses, communities, platforms or AI agents are prohibited. Infringements may lead to civil and criminal proceedings, injunctions, damages, contractual penalties and blocking of access without refund.
Liability for content and external links
Content has been created with the greatest possible care; however, no guarantee is given for accuracy, completeness or timeliness. We have no influence over linked third-party websites and accept no liability for them.

Privacy policy
This policy explains, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP), which personal data we process on dirczahlmann.com and in the Academy. Last updated: 5 November 2026.
1. Controller
Zahlmann Consulting International GmbH, Steinacher Str. 2a, 9327 Tübach, Switzerland; represented by Dirc Zahlmann. Email: info@dirczahlmann.com; privacy requests also to support@dirczahlmann.com.
2. Hosting
The website runs on the Lovable platform (Lovable Labs Incorporated) and is delivered via the global network of Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). Technically necessary data (IP address, date/time, page, browser details) is processed to deliver the site and prevent attacks. Database, accounts, sign-in and file storage run on Lovable Cloud, operated technically by Supabase, Inc. (USA); data is stored in an EU data centre (AWS region eu-west-1, Ireland). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure, stable operation).
3. Accounts, courses and memberships
For an account we process name, email address, password (encrypted only), language, purchased products, access rights and learning progress (lessons completed, quiz results, certificates) and sign-in/security events. Purpose: providing the Academy and your purchased content. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; security logs: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Payments (Stripe)
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Dublin, Ireland), which receives the data required for payment (name, email, payment details, amount, billing address). We do not receive card details. We store order data (product, amount, time, payment status, Stripe references) and the time of your consent to early performance. Stripe may transfer data to the USA (Stripe, Inc.). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR. Stripe privacy: stripe.com/privacy.
5. Email delivery
Transactional emails (confirmations, order confirmations, password links) and — with your consent — newsletters are sent via the email service of the Lovable platform (Lovable Labs Incorporated) from the domain dirczahlmann.com. Processed: email address, name, content and delivery status. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (transactional) or Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (newsletter).
6. Newsletter and sign-up forms (double opt-in)
When you sign up via a form, we process first name, last name, email address, phone number, the time of sign-up and confirmation and the wording of your consent, to provide the requested content and — if you consented — to send emails. We use double opt-in: you only receive further emails after clicking the confirmation link. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future via the unsubscribe link in every email or by contacting us.
Free ebook: To deliver the ebook we process your name, email address and, optionally, your Telegram name in order to send you a confirmation link or 4-digit PIN and the download link (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Delivery is not conditional on marketing consent. You only receive marketing emails if you tick the separate, optional box and additionally confirm via the link in our confirmation email (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The same applies to the "Get Updates" field on the homepage. We log the time of sign-up and confirmation, the consent wording and the version of the consent text. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link.
“Crypto Market Research & Education” interest list (Calls & Market Analysis): Registering is free and non-binding; it is not a purchase, order, payment or reservation and creates no right to a future membership. Besides first name, last name, email address and optional phone number, we store the hypothetical plan you choose (3, 6 or 12 months, or “undecided”) and — if you answer it — your voluntary self-assessment of whether you would subscribe at the stated price. Purpose: researching demand for the planned offer and, at your request, informing you about the launch. These answers are only analysed in aggregate. Your registration only counts as confirmed after you click the confirmation link. The newsletter is a separate, optional consent (its own checkbox). Retention: we keep these details for the duration of the demand research and, if requested, until the one-time launch information, and delete them once that purpose is complete — unless you separately consented to the newsletter or a statutory retention obligation applies. You can withdraw your registration and request deletion at any time via the unsubscribe link or at support@dirczahlmann.com. Your rights under the GDPR and the Swiss FADP apply (see “Your rights”).
7. DircBot and AI features
DircBot is an AI chat provided in a separate application (dircbot.netlify.app, hosted by Netlify, Inc., USA). Your chat inputs, the answers, your message allowance and the link to your Academy account are processed. Chat inputs are sent to an AI (large-language-model) provider to generate answers; the provider will be named here once the DircBot operator's configuration is final. Please do not enter sensitive data. There is no automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR; answers are for information only. Within the Academy we also use AI services for editorial purposes (e.g. translating page texts via Lara/Translated S.r.l., Italy) without processing user data. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
8. Affiliate programme
If you arrive via a referral link, we attribute your purchase to the referring partner. The code is stored on your device only with your consent (see Cookies). For partners we process account data, referrals, commissions and payout data. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a), (b) and (f) GDPR.
9. Telegram
If you voluntarily link your account to Telegram, we process your Telegram ID and messages via our bot (Telegram FZ-LLC, Dubai). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; you can unlink at any time.
10. Fonts
Fonts (DM Sans, Space Grotesk) are served from our own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or other font providers.
11. Purposes and legal bases
Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent): newsletter, marketing storage, Telegram. (b) contract: account, courses, memberships, DircBot, payments, transactional emails. (c) legal obligation: retention of accounting records and invoices. (f) legitimate interests: secure operation, abuse prevention, defence of legal claims. In Switzerland processing follows the principles of the revFADP; where required we rely on contract performance, consent or overriding private interests (Art. 31 FADP).
12. Retention
Account data is kept while your account exists and deleted after account deletion unless retention is required. Order, invoice and accounting data is kept for 10 years (Art. 958f Swiss CO; for customers in Germany § 147 AO / § 257 HGB). Newsletter data is kept until withdrawal; proof of consent for up to 3 years afterwards. Security and log data is kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting. DircBot chat history is stored according to the DircBot operation and deleted on request.
13. Transfers outside the EU/Switzerland
Some providers (including Cloudflare, Supabase, Stripe, Netlify, Lovable) are located in the USA or may transfer data there. Such transfers are based on an adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework / Swiss-US DPF where the provider is certified) or on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) including the Swiss addendum.
14. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent with effect for the future. Contact support@dirczahlmann.com. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), in the EU the authority of your place of residence.
Cookies and local storage
We use strictly necessary cookies and storage (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR). Marketing storage is used only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without consent nothing of it is stored and no external tracking script is loaded. We do not use analytics or advertising pixels from Google, Meta or similar.

Terms and conditions
1. Contract partner and scope
The contract partner for all purchases on dirczahlmann.com (courses, memberships, mentorships, Calls & Market Analysis, DircBot) is Zahlmann Consulting International GmbH, Steinacher Str. 2a, 9327 Tübach, Switzerland (CHE-319.199.804). Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
2. Formation of contract
Product listings are not a binding offer. By clicking the pay button in checkout (Stripe) you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded once payment is confirmed and we grant access or send the order confirmation by email. Contract language is German or English.
3. Prices and payment
Prices shown at the time of order in euros apply. Prices are final prices; where VAT applies it is included or shown in checkout before you complete the order. Payment is processed by Stripe.
4. Term and cancellation of memberships and subscriptions
Memberships, mentorships, Calls & Market Analysis and DircBot monthly plans are subscriptions that renew automatically for the selected billing period (e.g. 1, 3, 6 or 12 months) unless cancelled before renewal. You can cancel at any time effective at the end of the current period — in your profile / “Manage billing” or by email to support@dirczahlmann.com. Paid periods are not refunded pro rata unless a right of withdrawal applies. Single courses are one-time purchases.
5. DircBot add-on
DircBot is an AI chat assistant that can be booked in addition to the Academy. Monthly plans include a monthly message allowance renewed with each paid renewal; unused monthly messages expire at the end of the period. Message packs (S/M/L) are one-time purchases whose messages do not expire. Tester codes are single-use and personal. DircBot is provided in a separate application; AI answers may be inaccurate and do not replace advice.
6. Usage rights
You receive a simple, non-transferable right to personal use of purchased content for the duration of access. Sharing access credentials is prohibited.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details and the model withdrawal form are in the Cancellation section.
8. Governing law
Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of your country of residence. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
9. Content notice
All content is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, financial or investment advice, nor an offer to buy or sell any asset. Investments involve risks up to total loss. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
Cancellation policy (right of withdrawal)
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Zahlmann Consulting International GmbH, Steinacher Str. 2a, 9327 Tübach, Switzerland, email: support@dirczahlmann.com) of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. email or letter). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.
Early expiry for digital content
For contracts for digital content (e.g. online courses, memberships, DircBot) the right of withdrawal expires early once we have begun performance after you expressly agreed in checkout that we begin before the end of the withdrawal period, acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins, and we have provided you with a confirmation of this (in the order confirmation email). You give this consent via a separate, unticked checkbox in checkout worded: “I expressly request that performance of the contract begins before the end of the withdrawal period. I acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once performance has begun.”
Subscriptions
For recurring subscriptions the withdrawal period runs from conclusion of the subscription; automatic renewals do not create a new contract. Cancellation of subscriptions is governed by the Terms (section 4).
